Returns

• Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below. Please note that we cannot process an exchange of goods and can only offer a refund.
• Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0330 678 1331 prior to sending in this instance).
• We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Dirt Trapper cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
