Dirt Trapper mats are quality checked against defects and are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years, should a quality issue arise please contact our customer services team on 0330 678 1331.

You can also return your unused mat within 28 days of purchase for a refund if it is not suitable. For more information please see the returns information below.

Important information

Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur. Our cotton design mats utilise a unique precision dye technique. We make every effort to ensure continuity of colour however batches can vary.

The initial shedding of pile yarn when wearing your mat in is one of the characteristics of a natural, cotton topped mat like a Dirt Trapper, and is not a defect. After washing and vacuuming this should stop.

All prices include VAT at the current rate and are valid until 31/03/2022. Prices and descriptions supersede previous publications whether printed or electronic.

Dirt Trapper mats are made from an absorbent cotton and effectively soak up wet and dirt. Due to their efficient water take-up, they should be placed indoors or in a sheltered/ closed in porch. They should not be left out in wet and damp conditions where their water retention properties will diminish. Always place your Dirt Trapper mat on a dry, level surface and do not use your mat if it is water saturated.
